Sizing Tips
Need Help with Sizing?
For an accurate fit, use a cloth measuring tape—avoid metal carpenter’s tapes, as they aren’t flexible enough. If you don’t have a cloth tape, a string works just as well. Simply measure the length of the string afterward.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Wear a shirt for a more realistic measurement.
- Relax your arms at your sides and have someone wrap a string around the widest part of your chest. (Check the image for reference.)
- Keep it snug but not tight. Make sure there’s no slack, but don’t pull the string too tightly. Mark the string at the exact point where it meets itself.
- Measure the string with a tape measure—this is your chest measurement. Use this number when checking the sizing chart under "YOUR CHEST."
- For larger riders, also measure around the widest part of your stomach. Use the bigger number as your chest measurement.
Additional Fit Considerations:
- Add 2 inches for a relaxed, baggy fit.
- Add 2 inches if you plan to carry a concealed weapon.
- If you want both a loose fit and room for carrying, only add 2 inches total—not 4.
